The 2024 U.S. Solheim Cup team is overdue and hungry for a win after Team Europe retained the cup for a third time in another thrilling finish at Finca Cortesin in Spain last year.

I was watching on the 17th green when the Europeans celebrated Spain’s Carlota Ciganda’s birdie from two feet to beat Nelly Korda 2&1. That victory ensured Team Europe a tie to retain the Solheim Cup, the biggest team competition in women’s golf.
