Bio:
With three PGA TOUR wins and a place in both the St. Xavier High School and University of Cincinnati Halls of Fame, Jim Herman has had a successful career in golf by every measure. Yet what sets him apart from the competition is his unmistakable humility, which has kept him grounded despite all he has accomplished. What he has achieved on the course has been more than he ever imagined, and his gratitude is clear. “My dreams stopped at making the TOUR.” Everything beyond that has exceeded his wildest dreams.
After battling his way back onto the PGA TOUR for the third time, his first victory came on his 106th start at the 2016 Shell Houston Open. Despite a foot injury setback in 2018, he went on to secure two more PGA TOUR victories. He hopes to win again one day and serve as an inspiration for others to never give up and to always enjoy the journey, regardless of what challenges stand in their way.
Jim resides in Telford, PA with his wife, Carolyn, and their two children, Abigail and Andrew.
